Section J Reports
All new commercial projects will require a Section J Report. Allow me to assist you with navigating through the requirements of Volume 1 of the Building Code and meeting the criteria of the Energy Efficiency Standards.
Sustainable Design Assessments
Most residential developments of 2-9 dwellings & commercial developments will require a Sustainable Design Assessment. When determined by your local council, I can review your project against the 10 Key Sustainable Building Criterias. This will include reports such as BESS, STORM and relevant WSUD plans.
Sustainable Management Plans
Larger residential developments (10 or more dwellings) & large scale commercial developments will usually require a Sustainable Management Plan. Much like a Sustainable Design Assessment, it is also determined by your local council and needs to be assessed against the 10 Key Sustainable Building Criterias.
These evaluations are usually much more indepth at looking at the overall sustainable outcome of the project.
They will also include reports such as BESS, STORM and relevant WSUD plans.
